What’s my Order Status?
If you have a powwful.com account, you can log in and view your order status and tracking on the My Dashboard page, under recent orders. If you checked out as a guest, you can email us at email@example.com and we’ll be happy to provide you with an update.
What methods of payment do you accept?
You can pay for your order by using the following: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. We do not accept cheques or cash.
Why are items that are out of stock displayed on the website?
Sometimes items sell out really quickly. When this happens we try our best to let you know when they will be available again. Also, some of our styles are limited edition only and will be highlighted as such on the product page. We will, from time to time, reintroduce our limited edition styles based on popular demand.
What if my order is delivered damaged?
If your order is delivered damaged please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and attach photos of your damaged package. We will file a claim with USPS and determine next steps.
What is the cancellation policy?
Because we start packing orders immediately upon receiving them (we want you to get them ASAP), you have 30 minutes to cancel your order from the time it is placed. Please email email@example.com to cancel your order if you have a change of heart.
What if my package was lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If the item is listed as "Delivered" on the shipping carrier site, we will not provide a refund or ship a new order. We recommend that the intended receiver talk to their delivery man or contact their local USPS office to see if they have it.
How quickly will my order be sent?
Orders will ship within 2 business days from our warehouse in Chicago, Illinois and typically arrive in 4-7 business days, depending on the destination location.
Orders placed after 2pm CST are not guaranteed to be processed until the following business day.
Shipping is FREE, within the United States.
Orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday, unless Monday is a holiday.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”
What is your return policy?
For our domestic U.S. customers, we are happy to accept returns of unused and unwashed items in a saleable condition, within 10 days of delivery, for a full refund. If you would like to return all or part of your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return label.
Return shipping for domestic returns within the contiguous USA costs a flat rate of $3, which will be deducted from your return amount.
All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.
For our international customers, all sales are final.
Do you offer exchanges?
No, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the original unused order back to us for a refund and make a new purchase for the item you want through our site :)
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! For international shipping, we charge a flat fee of $15. Buy one item or buy ten, your shipping costs stay the same. We use USPS International Services to ship products to over 240 countries worldwide. For our international customers, all sales are final.
